International students applying to HSE’s undergraduate programmes can receive scholarships that fully or partially cover their tuition costs. Some of these scholarships are awarded based on entrance exam results. Now we have an online calculator that will help you determine what scholarship you qualify for when applying to one of HSE’s Bachelor's programmes.
Application for HSE Minors is Open
First-year students can select a minor in their personal accounts beginning at 18.00, March 26. HSE is offering a variety of interesting minors this year, so that students can choose the right minor for themselves.

People have already submitted their applications to Master’s and Bachelor’s programmes at HSE University. So far, students from 113 countries have expressed their interest in studying at HSE University. For the 2019/2020 academic year, HSE University is offering 10 Bachelor’s programmes and 31 Master’s programmes taught entirely in English. The strongest applicants will be eligible for full or partial scholarships. For Master’s programmes, applications will be evaluated on the strength of the portfolios that can be submitted online via an applicant’s personal account on HSE University’s website.
Students of Parallel Degree Programme in International Relations Perform Significantly Higher than International Average on University of London Exams
The number of HSE students who successfully passed the exams conducted at the University of London in 2018 was significantly higher than the average for other universities participating in the international programme there. HSE received the status of Recognized Teaching Centre.
